Annex Loft Room

Room Description

All rates are inclusive of plated breakfast, Guest kit and use of resorts facilities.

P600 for adults and P300 for 6-8yrs old will be charged per person consumable on our restaurant food and beverages only. Bringing outside food is not allowed.

There are 2 Annex Loft rooms which are located in our day trip area. The size of each room is 35 square meters, which includes the bathroom and balcony. There are also 6 semi double beds that are 42 inches wide. The room is designed for 7 people but the management allows up to 10 persons with additional Php1000 each excess person. All annex loft are located at the 3rd floor.

Cancellation, Modification and Rebooking Policy

Cancellations

Strictly NO REFUND on cancellations of Bookings.

Modifications

Modifications will only be allowed once fifteen (15) days prior to actual date of reservation and subject to availability of the resort.

a. Modification covers change(s) in room or headcount.

Rebooking

Rebooking will only be allowed following the given schedule:

30 day notice.	15 day notice.
No charge.	25% rebooking charges applies.
Rebooking is only allowed with the next 2 months from date of confirmation and is subject to availability of the resort.
